"Beautiful view of the beach but that comes with sand that escapes housekeeping. Property is undergoing some renovations so down to one elevator that is pretty slow. The staff at the front desk were lovely and Jay who works valet is a true gem. He was so kind to my mother who needs assistance with stairs. Pinky’s was nice to have on location. Nice stay with my mom to end our Charleston visit. "

"This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room was amazing and I was grateful for the fireplace. My only complaint is that the address on hotels.com is the mailing address not property address. The address takes you to a law office. So apple map the name of the property and you will get there. Oh and we wished the spa was open on Saturday. "

"This hotel was in a great walkable location. The room was fantastic. Sheets and bed were wonderful. Loved the coffee in the morning. The brownie that was left by coffee pot was outstanding. Asked where I could buy some but the were out. There was even an umbrella in the room which came in handy since it rained one day. You can’t go wrong in choosing this hotel."

"Our room was small, but comfortable and clean. The bar, pool area and restaurant were great for hanging out after a day of sightseeing. The food was good at the restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful. Coffee bar was quite expensive. "

"I love staying here!! But, #1. The bathtub bottom was very slippery. Never fell, but slipped multiple times. Very dangerous! You might want to correct this. Someone WILL fall and you will have legal repercussions. #2. The comforter on the bed was way past its time! Needed to be thrown away it had no value as a source of comfort and warmth. #3. The bedskirt—did nothing but fall off the bed and collect dust in the floor. It needed to be attached properly to the bed. Otherwise, great stay! Thanks!"
