"Not a good experience. We stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days In the tower building in room 10207. The room was a corner room and was next to the laundry shoot, the smell was very foul. In the room the bathroom door was broken and breaking off, the tile as well was coming off the floor. The shower had paint chips and hair from who ever was previously in the room. Under the sink it was clumps of dust and the air vent in the bathroom was filled with dust and didn’t even turn on. The fleece blankets on the bed were old and rough. A lot of the channels didn’t work. They had a Starbucks in both the main building and tower building . Only the one in the main building was open . The tower building said open but never anyone there. It looks like they maintain the main building but the tower building looks very neglected. When I complained about the room the lady at the front desk said she would talk to management but never accommodated me and my family to another room. Definitely will never stay here again. I normally stay at Hilton, I chose this hotel instead since it was an across from Volcano Bay. Never again !"

"Unfortunately, our stay had several issues. The biggest concern was the bathroom — it was very old and there were cockroaches, which was really unacceptable. On top of that, the cleaning was not done properly. I noticed hairs on the bathroom walls, which made it feel unhygienic. the clothing closet felt unusual, almost like it was built around an electrical unit, which was a bit odd. Another major inconvenience was the parking. The garage door system was frustrating because the room keys didn’t work. We later found out that you have to call the hotel each time to get in or out. The reception experience was also disappointing. They didn’t assist us until they saw an ID from the person who booked the room, which made things unnecessarily complicated. And at the middle of the night something fell off while we were sleeping "
