"Is great location. Right in heart of London. Easy walk to anything. Downside is have to heep water in sink or ypu get tp smell sewer gas, old plumbing. Sleeping on a mattress is very different, no beds just .mattress on floor. If you can't get up off floor will not be good, lol. Staff helpful and friendly."

The location of this place is great! 12 minute walk to the British Museum, 15 minute walk to Chinatown for incredible dim sum, 7 minute walk to the theater district. half a block from the Holborn underground station and a straight 50 minute ride back to Heathrow for like $6. Faster and a lot cheaper than the ride share it took to get there.
Great hotel! The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. I have a gluten allergy and I had plenty of options for breakfast. It’s also very close to plenty of restaurants, shops, and sites. Would stay again!

The hotel has been nicely renovated and the rooms while small, are well furnished and modern. The staff are all very nice. The area is safe and there are plenty of good places to eat and is very walkable and easy to get anywhere in London from. For the price, it’s a great deal. My usual place is just a few blocks away but was full. It has more by way of amenities (gym, pool, sauna) but would have been 800 dollars more had I stayed there. I would stay here again
Delightful experience to stay here. Quirky, boutique hotel with personality in the building and the staff. Attentive, highly responsive and welcoming staff. Like the building, the room was non-standard in its layout, making the most of the available space and the location. Well equipped and well appointed room with all amenities and while a few of the furniture items showed some wear, the mattress was firm, bedding was crisp and clean and the toilet and shower were immaculate. The room was super cute. The location is excellent! There is public transportation right outside the door. Many dining options. Many things to see nearby! The rooms had AC. The staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful! The only issue is if you have mobility challenges you would have to request a lower floor. Probably my best stay in London so far!
Everything was great. Actually got in my room when I arrived on both my visits there. Staff were lovely and great location. Rooms abit small but all you need. The superior plus rooms have the air conditioning which might be a must in summer. The rest of the rooms don’t. Just a heads up when you are booking.
