This may be one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. First of all, I love history and so you are staying where King Charles II had his castle. Secondly, the breakfast was amazing. Third, the rooms had beautiful chandeliers with high ceilings. And finally the wellness area had a lovely sauna room. The hotel was so close to all the picturesque spots. We will be back!
What a wonderful hotel. Restful. Charming but with excellent comfort--linens, beds, restaurant on site, air conditioning. You are only minutes from parking in the 'tZand parking, but you have a large room and no street noise. This hotel is just off the auto route and makes a great stop driving any direction in Belgium. We stayed in Room 319, a mini suite with a bedroom, sitting room, and bathroom. The two major rooms had a television, two windows, and views of the Belfry Tower (also overlooking the roof tops of neighboring residences. The hotel is located on the canal where you can get on a boat to ride the canal. Staff were very helpful and all who we encountered spoke English very well. We thought the room and hotel was excellent and one we will rebook on a return trip.
The room was exactly like the picture on the website when we reserved. It was the perfect getaway weekend at the beach.
The breakfast buffet is incredible and absolutely worth adding it to your room rate.
The only thing missing for us was for the staff to be a touch more attentive when you walk by, just to feel noticed since it is a 4 star property.
But overall we can highly recommend it and are looking forward to returning.
Exceptional stay in the Family Rooms, plenty of space, comfortable beds, fantastic breakfast. Breakfast is not included if you book on a third-party site, it is well worth purchasing it! So many delicious options. The dinners are a bit pricey, but the food is extraordinary. Try the Bar-B- Que ribs and the Tenderloins. Fantastic! Easy trip to downtown Bruges.

Hotel Aragon has been a pleasant experience all the way and has helped make our stay in Bruges a memorable experience, from attentive and courteous service of the friendly staff to great comfort in our accommodations. The hotel has been just renovated and all facilities are top notch. Will definitely come back when we get the opportunity next time around.
Perfect location in the magical town of Bruges. Staff were attentive and knowledgeable with great nearby restaurant recommendations. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants and sights. Room was modern and spacious with all amenities.
I I was very impressed with the staff they seem to be very friendly kind and extremely competent.... On average I travel 100,000 miles a year to international locations so to impress me is not so easy

The location and view were excellent. Easy to walk to restaurants and the tram. The pool, jacuzzi, sauna, fitness rooms were a big bonus. The staff was friendly and helpful.
