Staff like Rafael made the stay productive and more enjoyable! The two young ladies at the front desk were also very helpful. The dining staff were very good.

Fix the elevators, they seem outdated and left us taking significant steps up or down to use.
Open pool hours, 3-8pm only is too restrictive
Improve your breakfast. The undercooked and watery scrambled eggs and bacon and tiny Vienna sausages floating in water is very unappetizing.

We stayed is a spacious room that was well furnished, including free bottle of cold champagne waiting for us as one of Expedia's VIP Access properties.The hotel is within easy walking distance to bus and train stations, restaurants, and downtown shopping. The breakfast buffet was ample, and included good variety. Our only negative experience was the combination tub/shower that was awkward climbing in and out.
Amazing building in the perfect location - right in the main town plaza, straddling the downhill historical area, and the uphill shopping district. Plenty of restaurants and lively street life at your doorstep, but don’t worry, Córdoba doesn’t stay up late, so you should have no trouble sleeping, even if your room comes with a beautiful view onto the plaza.
This is a wonderful hotel. It is unique with the poems and sayings written on the stairs, in your room, and on the walls. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. It was incredible! The most beautiful home. Small boutique so we felt we felt cared for constantly! We stayed in two rooms because we decided to stay longer (kind bed, double bed) and each room was so gorgeous. Modern and brand new everything, yet they’ve managed to preserve the history of the building. About 25 steps away from the Mosque and old town center. This was a lovely sanctuary for us. Geraldo greeted us warmly and offered fantastic suggestions about how to plan our day and evening in Cordoba. I absolutely loved how quiet it was! I slept so well after many nights of disturbed sleep in Madrid. I highly recommend this spot for hospitality and phenomenal sleep!
