"Was not as all inclusive as advertised. Half of the restaurants were closed, hard to get into, or were moved to other locations and not properly communicated by staff when changes were made. Had some friendly staff but overall customer service was not the best when talking with the workers. Rooms were decent but had dirty bedding and mold in the bathrooms and it was very difficult to get service for new towels, water, and cleaning services. Food and drink options being so limited made it hard to feel like you could get a decent meal or drink."

"Form the beginning the check in was like 2 hours long and took to long no water offered and stil had to wait to get rooom upgrade and still took long the food was on the room service sucked not a lot of options and overall ok burger restaurant closed 😩"

"Hotel was clean, staff was Ok, food was average, entertainment was good. Be aware of guest moving your stuff from pool areas if you leave it un attended. Could have made my birthday experience better, didn’t really received anything special for my birthday occasion. I did have a very nice an helpful concierge Edwin! "

"Rooms are amazing! All of them have an outdoor Jacuzzi. Service is great! Food pretty good and consistent. We love the Japanese restaurant. What i loved the most is that all restaurants are walk ins and you do not have to make reservations. "
