"Rooms we’re always clean, elevator, hallways very well
Maintained. Staff was helpful especially housekeeping and front desk. Loved breakfast and AC was perfect!!"
"So far my worst experience in a Hotel. From the point that we arrived it was a nightmare to check in the system was down and they didn’t know what to do.. after 3 hrs waiting they finally figured out and started checking in people, the first room they gave me it was already occupied, the second one it was only one bed which I had reserved a 2 bed, after a few tries and ended up just putting us on a run that didn’t look at all at what I had reserved but a 2 bed, I complained to a very rude supervisor about it and he said they were all the same.. also the room wasn’t looking and we felt very unsafe leaving our things at the hotel so we had to take our things every time we go out..also the room was dirty stains on the carpet dirty, dirty bathroom and the tv never got it to work but at this point I was done with them.. every time I asked they just said we will take care of it but they never did.. I wanted to just got out of there but They said that I would lose my money that they were no refunds.. on the day before my check out day they closed the pool because It was very dirty and people kept complaining about it.. at that point I was done and I just checked out.. Please never stayed at this hotel is very poor manage and dirty and the staff is very rude.. it was a nightmare for the room I got I really over paid."
"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The suite was a very good value for the money. My only con was the remote control for the TV. Even after changing the batteries out, it was not functioning properly and since we were only staying for 2 nights, it wasn't worth the trouble of complaining about it. They do have on site laundry, which is super convenient. I would stay here again."
"The room was clean, but had a little bit of a weird funky smell. The staff were very friendly/polite and helpful. We were aware construction was happening, which wasn't a problem. There was no noise or inconveniences from that. However, the firdge in our room didnt work, the fan in the bathroom squealed so loud we were afraid to use it, there was a large accumulation of dust and debris in the fan and it appeared hadn't bean cleaned in a very long time. The bathroom door kept sticking. The elevator buttons were finicky. The parking lot in front was nice but in the back it was completely covered in trash blowing around the parked vehicles. The inside of the hotel was beautiful had a lot of room for people to sit and relax and eat together. But the main esthetics of the outside of the hotel is what really brought down my raiting."
"This hotel is old with fresh paint and newer carpet. But things were old and not working well like the plumbing. Breakfast was okay, it was busy and they couldn’t keep up with stocking the food, emptying the trash, or washing the tables. I won’t be back."
