"I arrived in an ice storm, and I was desperate. I had made my reservation online, but when I arrived there was only a room available on the second floor. They refused to let me go up because I was a Senior and it was so icy and dangerous. Instead, they took the time to clean and prepare another room on the main floor and made me feel safe and protected. I was so grateful! "

"What a great place to stay! There wasn't anyone at the front desk when I got there BUT they had sent 2 emails before check-in time, giving me all the information I needed. The house itself is super cool with SO much history that I could have stayed FOR DAYS, discovering new things! The staff were all amazing! Gisele took time out of her day to take me on a tour of the place and it was so lovely to see someone who cares so much about where she works. Bonnie was a pure delight and her head massage was just lovely! Stephen was a lovely host and GREAT to chat with. And the suite?? Truly a lovely experience. We were looking for a quiet, peaceful, new experience and we absolutely found it in this charming place. I would HIGHLY recommend the Stevenson Inn & Spa (already have to 2 friends). "

"My 2nd stay here. Room was clean. Staff greeted me with a smile. Christmas decorations ouside were beautiful. Inside was amazing. Loved the slender Christmastree on the step presents underneath. Made me feel at home. I find this place is way better than a hotel or motel. Staff makes my stay more personal rather than just another customer. If you looking for a cozy, home away from home in Brampton than this is the place to be. "

"Definitely no complaints for the price! It's not a 5* hotel but the staff were great, we had a comfortable king size bed. It's walking distance to Tim Hortons and many shops and restaurants. Honestly I was a little hesitant to book there because of the reviews but I'm glad I did. We will definitely stay there again if we are passing through the area... Now, if you want a brand new or 5* hotel, go pay double+ somewhere else... Sad but some people I never happy and just like to complain, like what did you expect for $125 a night!!"
