Great place for families with kids.

Great view, great facilities overall, comfortable and clean apartment, friendly, helpful, and responsive staff, and great location. Would stay there again. Only minor negative was that only 2 bath towels were supplied, with no hand towels or face cloths.

We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment upon arrival! We arrived early and since the apt wasn’t ready yet, we left our luggage at the front counter and went to a nearby coffee shop for lunch. Love that it was walking distance to many cafes including Burung Hantu Nasi Lemak. Apartment itself was clean, nicely furnished with amenities provided including a washer/dryer and detergent which was perfect since we needed to wash some clothes. Love the pool on the top floor. We enjoyed our stay here very much. It was conveniently located next an indoor shopping area. Loved the bathroom toiletries and robe that were provided. We ordered room service two nights and it was delicious and quick! If we were ever in JB again, I wouldn't hesitate to book here.

The food is good

Amazing stay! The receptionist are helpful and friendly. I really enjoy my stay and a bit sad I had to leave the place for my next trip. You can easily find food and groceries just accross the street from the entrance of the hotel. I recommend shama suasana for anyone who wants to stay at Johor Bahru. Thank you very much for your hospitality!
