Amazing in every way. The airport shuttle felt overpriced, but otherwise everything was truly exceptional. The staff went out of their way to provide an excellent stay and the location was beautiful and well-appointed.

Don't let the ride there dictate what you're going to think of the hotel because trust me the right there is really brutal but it is so so so so so worth it extremely beautiful the hotel itself is exceptional staff are very good I greatly enjoyed it I would show you some of the pictures but apparently there's no way to do that but I'm telling you it's worth it

This is a small family run hotel with great Tanzanian pride. It is clean, very quiet, with friendly staff. The hotel was down a side street and short narrow road. But our airport driver had no issues. We took advantage of Brown. He is a tour guide thst took us around Arusha for 2 days. He handled all museums, lunch, taxis, and questions. He was much better than larger kayak or Travelocity tours. We walked 1 km down the road to embers restaurant if you feel adventurous.This experience...

The place is great. Food and service was excellent! Monkeys jumping on the roof a bit at night. But that’s part of the charm

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel and rooms in a very good state. Hotel very well located. The only thing that could be improved is the size of the bed and sound proof windows, due to the outside traffic. Thank you very much for the stay.

This lodge is Beautiful and clean!! We stayed in the giraffe single suite. You get a queen size bed the bathroom has a whirlpool tub and shower is separate. Food is 24hrs breakfast is buffet style with a omelette station. Our laundry was done for less than 10 bucks and was neatly folded. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Zawadi House is tucked out of the way but easily found by most tour operators. Great service, Emmanuel makes it run smoothly. No complaints
