"We had a lovely stay and overall a fantastic experience. The hotel was clean, well presented, and had a really welcoming atmosphere. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
The breakfast buffet was amazing, with a great variety of fresh options to suit everyone – a perfect start to the day. The staff throughout the hotel were warm, friendly, and always happy to help, which really made a difference.
The location is excellent, right by the NEC and very close to Birmingham Airport. We visited the Gladiator Experience at the NEC, which was so easy to reach on foot in under 10 minutes – super convenient.
A special mention to Karisma, who served us food and drinks at the bar on Friday evening, even towards the end of her shift. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. Her positive attitude and excellent service really stood out.
Thank you to the whole team – we would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to others!"
