"Heating was stuck on in the room so we couldn't sleep even with the windows wide open in February! Left before 6 am since we couldn't sleep (we got in at 2). No staff there at that time, so messaged them to complain and they didn't reply."

"I had a twin room and the bedding on my bed had black marks on, as did two of the towels. The breakfast was great but the rooms were utilitaruan, not what you would expect for the price. The hotel is great for a sports venue and the grounds are lovely but not for the general public looking for a luxury stay as the rooms are too basic. I won’t be staying again."

"The gym as it was advertised contained only one running machine, a rower, some weights and a broken bike. However the room it was in was lovely! So under used. The rooms were nice and the beds comfy but the walls are paper thin and the workmen who visit it use language which would make a sailor blush so please be aware of taking children. Otherwise nice enough, pleasant and helpful staff and the beds were firm. Also the windows opened properly. I have not seen that in a while. Breakfast was great!"
