Great hotel .... the best breakfast.... try to get the lake view and your stay will be perfect

The hotel is modern and in a great location. Nice owner and free bicycles. Great for travelling around the area and we even went to Switzerland from there. Be aware that you need a car as the location is at the Northern end of Lake Como so the area is more local and less tourist focused - quite nice.

All our hotel experiences with IHG in Europe have been about a 3 or 4. There is SO MUCH room for improvement! I just wish they cared more about their customers!

The staff was absolutely the best. Marco and Tanya in the restaurant were fantastic and very attentive. Kudos to them both!

This is one of the most spectacular places I’ve ever stayed. The room was very large with a beautiful patio overlooking Lake Como. The breakfast was large and amazing serving foods from their own private gardens. Mary and her staff are outstanding and I cannot recommend this hotel enough! Don’t miss a chance to stay here! Location is super walkable. Pool area is very relaxing and welcome during the summer time. Staff was amazing with a packed lunch on our last day due to an early departure.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights and wish we had stayed for more. The rooms were spacious enough for the two of us and were very clean. The food in the included breakfast was delicious, but the real surprise was the food that was served in the attached restaurant for lunch and dinner. It was completely amazing. Very large and comfortable room. Easy and helpful technology to operate features in the room. Exceptional breakfast with lots of choices. Convenient location next to the train. Was easy to take a train to the Locarno city center in under 15 minutes. Transportation is included with the Ticino pass so request it from the front desk. Recommend this property.

LOVE this hotel!! The moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the hotel manager and staff. The service was wonderful, our suite was very nicely appointed, with gorgeous views of the lake. The beds and linens were ultra cozy and luxurious. The hotel was convenient located, and offered a beautiful free breakfast buffet in their gorgeous dining room. There seemed to be a pleasant and unexpected surprise around every corner with a fresh interpretation of old meets new. Would highly recommend...

Great place to stay.. perfect location… staff is helpful and friendly. Property is well maintained and well kept. Shopping is great, especially food stores..))) for visit with lady friend, she’ll be amazed at choices… Restaurants are great and delicious… Love the place… Highly recommended!!!!

Natalia was extremely helpful. Google Maps will try to tell you it’s on a 8 min walk to the ferry. It’s much longer. The manager dropped me to the ferry several times. She was fantastic

We had a very pleasant stay here while en route from France to Italy. The hotel was extremely convenient to the train station, and, even though we arrived after the front desk had closed, we easily arranged to have the keys left for us in a lock box. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we found Lugano utterly charming and scenic. The room is small by American standards, but spacious relative to what you would expect to find in larger European cities. I'd gladly recommend it to rail travels...

We had such a great experience. Room had the views of the lake and the mountains - out of this world. Every member of the staff was courteous, helpful, as well as very knowledgeable. The free smart car that the hotel provides makes the stay even more frictionless. The food at the restaurant was also awesome. We went ala carte and it was as excellent as tasting menu.
