Great property and very helpful staff. It was a much needed break for my family and we made full use of the facilities, gym, pool, restaurants and spa (massage). The evening staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was nice and clean. Hotel entrance was hard to find, however once we did everything was great. Very convenient to the city center and the Cardiff Castle.
