"Hotel still under construction, food needs to be improved upset stomach every time I ate. Need to use separate knives when cutting fruit - all cut fruit tastes like onions. No uber which was a massive issue for this reason alone wouldn’t stay her again. Hotel offering local ride extortionate prices. Parmjit in restaurant was absolutely fantastic."

"Loud music played until 2 am and I did not sleep all night. The morning breakfast was substandard, with most food either covered or not set out prior to 7 am open. Rooms are not well kept, shower and tub felt dirty, as did bedding. Look for other, branded options when staying in Phagwara. "

"Had a 4 night stay in March 2026 when the 2 rooms which I booked were not cleaned at all. Requested this to be done on 2 separate occasions and on both occasions not cleaned. Had to request further clean towels and toilet rolls during my stay. There were private functions on 2 of the nights and on both occasions guests returning to their rooms at approximately 2:00AM - 4:00 AM made so much noise coming back to their rooms which woke me up. Why was I not given a room away from guests according to the functions which clashed with my booking. Not very well organised by the booking staff. First morning breakfast was laid out in the dining area with a small amount of variety of fruit, cake, eggs and porridge and choice of 2 juices however the remaining 3 mornings there was nothing on display so had to ask for certain items of food as well as all drinks and then had to wait on the service. Why the inconsistency? I booked this according to their website which offered full continent breakfast so a huge let down as false advertising as I would not have gone ahead with my booking at this hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I most definitely will not be booking again on my future visits. "

"The rooms were nice and clean, any issues the hotel resolved. The staff were friendly and professional. This was second time we stayed and was not disappointed. The restaurant staff were so nice and made us feel welcomed. Food was spot on and delicious each time. Room service was nice too. Would stay here again. "
