The Crown is a lovely very comfortable and welcoming place to stay. Monty, Gemma and Mark were excellent hosts and food is so yummy! The Brewers Arms is in a quiet little village. The pub was very festive on the outside with flags still from the Jubilee celebrations. We had a lovely large comfortable clean room off the pub gardens. The bathroom was huge and handicap accessible if you needed that. We had a good selection of tea and coffee with a kettle in our room and a mini fridge with milk and water in it. The staff were all very welcoming and conscientious. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The food was outstanding. The continental breakfast was much more than the usual breakfast provided at hotels and inns. We had dinner there too, which was delicious. The inn exceeded our expectations in every way.

This is a 17th century pub with rooms above. The only reason i gave the property condition 4 stars is because it is not air conditioned. It is a quaint fun place to stay in a very old English village. The pub and associated restaurant are excellent.
This is a really lovely place to stay. I was given the 2 bedroom cottage next door to the pub, and it is very well catered for. Kitchen, living room, dining area, etc. Bathroom was very clean. Great place for morning walks and dinner at the pub next door. Very quiet and peaceful. Will definitely stay here again.
The room was amazing!! We had a great time exploring around the town. The parking was a little tricky but being there on a weekend meant we were able to use the additional parking from the business next door.
