We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly friendly and took the time to share their favorite restaurants, sights, and local recommendations, which made exploring Carcassonne so much easier. They also offered to pick us up from the train station and drove us to pick up our rental car for a very reasonable price, which was such a thoughtful touch.

Lovely hotel in the walled city of Carcassone. Great setup for parking since you can't park in the city. They have a special parking lot where you leave your car and they have car service to pickup you and your luggage and deliver you to the hotel. Private event in their dining room when we were there but they made reservations for us in a lovely restaurant a few door down (Comte Roger) and was one of the best of our trip. Lots of restaurants and shops within the walled city. Great...

We really enjoyed our stay at La Citè Carcassonne, the car par is just outside, and the baggage porter gave us a ride up to the property, being inside the Castle walls will give you a unique feeling of connection to the past
This hotel was wonderful. Carcassonne is a special town and the hotel exceeded our expectations. It is located at the base of the castle with excellent views of the castle and surrounding hillsides. The restaurant offers an open-air experience, and we enjoyed happy hour wine in the evening then a lovely breakfast in the morning. The room itself was the best part - eloquent yet comfortable. We will stay here again when we visit Carcassonne.
We had a great stay here. Our room was clean. The staff were very friendly and quite helpful. The breakfast options were substantial. The bar and restaurant were good and reasonably priced. And we really appreciated having a pool to enjoy on a hot day. I would certainly stay here again.

He served a very nice breakfast and made reservations for us at a great restaurant for dinner. The room was nice and comfortable. We had plenty of onsite parking.
The absolute best location outside the city walls, you are literally right outside the old city walls. Staff was super friendly and offered to carry ours bags to our room and gave hand written suggestions for restaurants without asking. Our stay was very reasonably priced as well. We saw the bad reviews some left before booking and laughed so hard when we arrived and saw the reality. Wonderful quiet hotel with a beautiful courtyard. Perfect for families, couples, and larger groups. We were there with our daughters and we really loved our stay. The room was incredibly quiet, with separate AC units in each bedroom, separate TV, and fast internet. The breakfast is just amazing: great variety of great, homemade, food. We had dinner at the restaurant below the rooms and the food was really good and very reasonably priced.
