"The 2 ladies who were at the front desk for the 2 nights we stayed at the hotel was helpful, kind and totally amazing. The room was clean and being able to park on the premises that was secured at night was a bonus during our travel from Paris westwards to San Sebastián, Spain for business. Thank you to everyone at Hotel Bristol. Will definitely return when we come by this way again."

"The room was very comfortable. The staff went above and beyond. We told her we ate early, not at 7 as was the case there. She was nice enough to order us a delicious dinner that was delivered at 5:30. We were very appreciative. We had to leave early in the morning, 5 am. It was a little strange waking up to a dark building but we figured it out."

"Hotels.com as well as other booking sites (such as Agoda) indicate that this property has a feww shuttle to the airport. But the property does not have a shuttle let alonne a free one. We had to take a taxi (Euro 45) to get to the airport. If not for the false advertising we would have selected a hotel right next to the airport!"
