The room was so confortable. The staff is so kind and helpful. The location is great, with many public transportation option and a big mall just a cross the street.
This is my second stay of this hotel. I really like this hotel, because it is located just in front of the station "Gare de Grenoble". It is not exactly in the center of the downtown, but still convenient enough. The room is large and well furnished - kitchen with cutlery and dishes, two desks, a wardrobe and a towel warmer. A cloth washer and dryer are also available on the basement floor.
We needed a room for three because we were meeting our daughter who was studying in Grenoble. We had a nice sized room and bathroom, very comfortable for three especially in Europe. Hotel staff was very nice, there was breakfast for an additional charge or you can just go outside and find food easily in the city. Walked to everything we wanted to see from this hotel. An excellent location for exploring Grenoble. Easy to use trams outside property. The property was quiet, the bed comfortable and a well equipped kitchen. The only fault was the sink in the bathroom the plug would not come up so we could only use the kitchen sink. Although it was easy to check in not having staff onsite means there is nowhere to report any problems.
