I wish we had booked more than one night! The staff were all very nice, friendly and super accommodating. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The views can't be beat, especially from the roof bar. The food was also very good. The only piece of advice I have is if you are using GPS set your destination to the train station. If you you try to use the hotel name or address it will lead you down some very tiny, twisty streets.

The staff were beyond helpful and kind. One of the guys who worked there (sadly I didn't catch his name! But he was youngish with light hair) was extremely welcoming and we enjoyed chatting with him. The cleanliness was okay. They did not change the towels and it was a tad dusty. The window only opened slightly but it brought in air and cleared out the musky smell. I mean, it's an old hotel. Wonderful 6-day stay in the self-service apartment. Staff is so kind and helpful. Parking lot for hotel guests is large and easy to get in and out of. Hotel is steps away from the area bus stop and the walk down to the St. Michael's Mount causeway. Restaurants and shops nearby all definitely worth visiting (especially the hotel restaurant Cutty Sark and the hotel bar). Would absolutely stay again!
