"Lovely place to visit and great for a mountain biking trip. I was able to ride the Marlin Trail straight from the hotel. There is also a nice red walking trail just up the road, easy walk 1/2 mile up the road. My room had a door straight to the outside, so was easy to bring the bike into the room at night (not risking it in the car overnight). Nice restaurant, friendly staff, clean room…ideal. They even have a camping shower block, so was able to have a shower & change before departing. Recommended!"

"The hotel, staff, location, and the room were superb. The staff specifically Ned and Chris were fantastic , with the local knowledge help us to to plan walks and climb to Snowdonia. We definitely be going back."

"Great location, lovely place too. Super helpful staff with us turning up late in the night. Lovely breakfast the next morning too. The place needs some cosmetic work, but it’s clear they’re working hard to get this done"

"Nice hotel, beautiful location. Our room was clean although there were stains on the carpet which could have been taken care of. I would not advise eating there, breakfast wasn't great. Also the dining area floor was very dirty, lots of dog hair. There is a robot vacuum under one of the charis but it looks like it hasn't been used in a long time, has quite a thick layer of dust on it. Staff were okay, not very friendly"
