"The rooms was really really hot. Used the air con and it spewed dust and dirt all over the bed and anything near it (including some of our belongings). USB ports were mostly broken with only 1 by the bedside working. Dimmer switches for the lights didn’t dim - only on or off."

"Nice place. Pool was a bit cold, but you could swim in it fine. There was no standard plug next to the bed (just a weird old fashioned non standard 3 pin plug for the lamp) so I couldn't plug in the CPAP machine I need. We asked reception for an extension and they didn't have any, so we had to go out and buy one. Otherwise the pace was good."

"Really good Hotel, very central, very helpful staff, excellent inclusive breakfast. We were not happy with our room, which was noisy from traffic outside .Eventually we changed, albeit at an extra cost. All in all, would recommend"

" There was no storage for some clothing items. pants, socks, t shirts etc. There was no window opening presumably due to safety reasons and the air conditioning was very difficult to set correctly."
