We stayed 2 weeks after it opened, and the staff and level of service was already excellent. We will certainly be back."

"Wir konnten uns sehr gut erholen. Einzig bei der Dusche waren die Dichtungen defeckt, darum ist das Wasser auf den Plattenboden ausgelaufen. Sonst die Betten waren sehr angenehm. Wenn die Bettwäsche verschwitzt war wurde sie nach drei Tagen wieder gewechselt. Kompliment.

It's not obvious from the pics but the location is not on the beach but is a very easy walk to the beach and town (like five minutes). I was there to see how the lesser towns in Istria celebrate Advent which is a big deal in this region. Small town, big party!
The hotel staff was amazing and took good care of you. Emily was very helpful and extremely pleasant. The view was my favorite part. Room was very comfortable.
Fantastic place to bring young kids! Right on the most beautiful lagoon with so many fun options for the kids to play- water slide, inflatable, snorkeling. Our apartment had two bedrooms, a very well-appointed kitchenette, and a little living room. Easy and beautiful walk into town, or can take a bike taxi or the tourist train. Excellent, kind service. It was great for our family and we’d love to stay here again!
Excelente hotel en un edificio histórico recientemente remodelado. Nos recibieron con una aperol spritz para mi y un café para mi esposa de cortesía. El hotel tiene transporte en bote gratuito para la isla del frente así como un shuttle gratis para el Pical Resort. Nos llevaron a la estación de bus sin costo y fue posible un early check in. Recomendado 100%
We were so impressed by this hotel and the amazing service and hospitality of the staff. Our room was modern and nice. Since it was our. Honeymoon, they had a bottle of champagne and sweets prepared with handwritten notes. When we got lost driving to the hotel, someone came and found us. On top of that, great walkable location right on the water with food people watching from their bar and restaurant. The highlight my have been that you are able to use their sister hotel, the Grand Park...
Hotel San Rocco was amazing. A quiet oasis on a hill. Our vacation had been somewhat hectic, and we were hoping for a relaxing break. We could not have been happier. The pool and sauna were perfect. The staff was extremely helpful, they even drove us to an offsite restaurant one night for dinner!

Such a unique stay right in the heart of Rovinj! Marijana was an amazing host - extremely helpful with instructions for parking and getting to the property, and full of great local recommendations. She even went above and beyond with some welcome treats, which was such a thoughtful touch.
The location is fantastic for exploring Rovinj on foot, and the rooms were comfortable and cozy after a day out. A really memorable place to stay, and we’d definitely recommend it!

One concern way that the life vests on the ferry were locked in a container. If there was an emergency, that delay could cause a fatal accident. We believe the ferry service was a private company.
Beautiful hotel, the value for the price is remarkable. A bit far from town centre that requires about a half hour walk without a car. Staff are all excellent, and both the breakfast and dinner are great. Overall, incredible experience!
