"The building is newer and clean. However, the wall is thin. You can hear neighbor’s snore. That made me nightmare couple of the days during the stay. You also cannot stay in your room during the cleaning. (Most of the hotels in Japan, you can stay in room during the cleaning) the refrigerator, you cannot save ice cream and other frozen items."

"Amazing, regardless of price one of the best places I've stayed in Japan. 15 mins walk from Saga station in a quiet residential area and only 10 mins walk to multiple restaurants, Saga castle, balloon museum, library etc Hotel is the wrong word for this place,it is a stand alone home, perfect for a couple but extra space and futons for kids or another couple in comfort. The quality and fit out of the space is amazing, huge living area, fully equipped kitchen and laundry, incredibly it is equipped with Gaggenau,Miele and Liebherr appliances, the bathroom is huge with a full size bath and French doors that open to a private courtyard; the owner, who is an absolute gentleman was clearly thinking with his heart when he built this place, cost clearly not a concern. It is tasteful and very well executed, extremely rare to find this level of detail in Japan at anything remotely close to what we paid. I'll be returning here, to do absolutely nothing, it is that good."
