This was our first time staying here at we think it was a great place to stay. For the price you couldn't beat it. The breakfast buffet was sufficient to fill us up every morning, there were several restaurants and attractions within walking distance and the airport shuttle was convenient. The room was a little small and the sound proofing wasn't the best but we slept fine. We would stay here again without hesitation when we're in Narita.
Great room for a one night stay! We had an early flight and decided to stay here the night before in order to get to the airport easily in the morning. The room is very small by Western standards, but was still very clean. It is a great value if you just need a bed for the night, but would not recommend if you want to lounge in a hotel room all day. It’s located at the right next to the Sawara station. Very convenient for catching trains. Sawara had many tourist interests to check out and the city’s little Edo area is worth visiting if you enjoy seeing old Japanese neighborhoods. Hotel provides comfortable, clean and friendly atmosphere. Their breakfast is tasty. I enjoyed staying at the hotel very much.
Everything was wonderful! 15 day stay after a surgery. Everyday fresh towels and robes were delivered to room, staff was friendly and went out of their way to accommodate my requests. Room was spacious and immaculate. Convenient to supermarket, drugstore, dining, convenience store and train (2 minute walk across the street). Nadogaya Hospital 10 minute car ride.
The hotel was clean, and all the staff were super polite. I enjoyed taking a bath every morning and night. The breakfast buffet was tasty! The area was very convenient for me.

Don’t mistake this location for the one closer to the Chiba Station. It is about half a mile farther from the station, but totally walkable and easy to get to. Excellent hotel. Great location, close to a beautiful shrine. Close to grocery stores and surrounded by good eats. Highly recommend.
Hotel room was a little dated, however, it was definitely very clean. Breakfast was great, but I wish they could’ve changed up the menu daily. The shuttle to the airport (every 20 minutes), train station and Aeon Mall was a definite plus and very convenient. Just to let you know Aeon Mall also has a huge grocery store that basically has everything you’ll probably need and more.
From what I observed from the bus ride I didn’t see anything close in walking distance.
