We stayed here again when we left Japan, the hotel bus is super helpful.I will stay here again next time I visit Tokyo.

This location is excellent. So close to grocery stores, restaurants, Narita san temple which is beautiful and transportations. Only a few minutes walk to all and it is my go to location in the area. This hotel is new, 2 years old, simple and clean. Staff are very nice. There is a hot water pot and a small refrigerator in a room. The mattress seem a bit firm but that is an individual taste. Really close to the train. Great area to stay near the airport if you need a place to rest before or after a long flight.

This was perfect for my first night.

I liked the convenient location within view from a JR train station. The staff were kind and courteous, and while checkout was within the morning, they held onto our luggage until our shuttle ride to the airport in the evening. Overall this hotel was perfect for the final day and night of our trip.

This was our first time staying here at we think it was a great place to stay. For the price you couldn't beat it. The breakfast buffet was sufficient to fill us up every morning, there were several restaurants and attractions within walking distance and the airport shuttle was convenient. The room was a little small and the sound proofing wasn't the best but we slept fine. We would stay here again without hesitation when we're in Narita.

You have alot of places with in a three to five minute walk. The train and bus station, grocery store, pharmacy. The place is nice and quiet as well. It is fully supplied with tableware for the guests staying longer. Check in and out are hassle free.

Hotel room was a little dated, however, it was definitely very clean. Breakfast was great, but I wish they could’ve changed up the menu daily. The shuttle to the airport (every 20 minutes), train station and Aeon Mall was a definite plus and very convenient. Just to let you know Aeon Mall also has a huge grocery store that basically has everything you’ll probably need and more.
