The Hotel is very nice the staff are kind the is spacious. however you should go there with your stomach full and buy snacks where you from or buy everything you want because there’s no shops nearby. The nicest thing is you can hang out with the guest at the lobby.
Crowne Plaza Chitose is about a $20 taxi ride from the airport. There is no airport shuttle service unfortunately.
It’s a nicely appointed hotel with a Family Mart in the lobby which is extremely convenient, and it’s situated next door to Aeon Mall with restaurants, shops, food court and a basement supermarket. Spent one beautiful night at this property. The service was impeccable and the room absolutely beautiful. By far the best airport hotel I have ever stayed in and that number is high. BRAVO!!
Hotel was next to the Chitose station. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance of hotel. There is also an Aeon short walk away. The Onsen at the hotel was nice. Room was clean and good size.
Very convenient with a stop right in front for the bus from the airport. The bus stop back to the airport is nearby, too. It's easy to get to the snow festival from the hotel and the breakfast was excellent.
It was clean and room with 4 twins was roomy enough for our family. Having the shower toilet and sink all in one bathroom room was a little inconvenient for a family of 4. It is only a straight 10 minute walk to Chitose Station if you are using the train. 7-eleven next door was convenient. I would stay here again for a place close to airport arrival or departure location.
We did two non consecutive nights (Sunday and the following Friday) at the Kieo Plaza Hotel as a means for getting to/from the airport (CTS), while on a ski trip. We were skiing (and staying) at Niseko village for the week. The Kieo Plaza Hotel worked out perfectly. We took the city bus from/to CTS, and combined that with a Hokkaido resort bus to get to/from Niseko.
