"One of the best hotel experiences. I can't say enough good things about the staff. Every single staff member was friendly, helpful, and efficient. We did need help with some things and the staff delivered seamlessly. The hotel itself could not be better located. The hotel is extremely clean, pleasingly decorated, and smells nice. We did not use any of the facilities or eat at the restaurant so I can't comment on that. Our room was really great. Spacious, clean, and pleasingly decorated. Many electrical outlets and some direct USB. Makeup mirror and great quality hairdryer. Well laid out closet that helped us be organized. Space to organize toiletries in the bathroom. Great water pressure and temperature. Mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable. Very highly recommended."

"Very friendly welcome, all the rooms are comic themed and individual. The bed was very comfortable and the room a good size, with a bath and shower, and plenty of storage. It was very quiet (no road noise or noise from other guests) and had air con which was very welcome as it was quite hot when we visited. The room also had a kettle and coffee machine, and there is a fridge in the visitors eating area on the 3rd floor. We didn't eat in the hotel, so can't comment on the food, but here are a couple of really nice eateries on the same street and a microbrewery that is open as a pub on Friday and Saturday nights. It's well placed for the Midi train station, less than 10 mins walk."
