"A very good multiple choices of breakfast, follow staff's instructions, we got free parking near side for three days. Like most hotel in Wales this hotel also act like restauranter, pub, and hotel. The staff are so friendly, willing to take extra effort to help us out. We even like this town's living so much, wishing to come back in the future. TO LIVE."

"We’re walking the Herefordshire Trail and stayed here for one night. I was a good choice. A lovely welcome. We had a delux room which was excellent and although facing the road it was quiet. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of room to walk around. Food in the evening was excellent, with a good menu choice. A good selection of cask beers brewed on site as Corn Brewery. Breakfast was excellent a good menu to choose from. All the staff were great. We highly recommend."

"A great welcome on arrival, the hotel is a fine old building, the restaurant having fabulous wood panelling. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast the following morning was excellent. "Beautiful setting right on the river with a very friendly staff team and clean and well appointed rooms. It’s not luxurious but everything is thought through and it’s clean. Mattress on the bed was a bit worn - I could feel the springs a bit, so that could do with a replacement but it was a generally really comfortable and relaxed stay. Food was very good - very nice cooked breakfast and I had one evening meal which was very generous. As a solo traveller I felt very comfortable and the staff were lovely, ensuring that I had everything I needed. Would return."
