This is a beautiful property in a stunning part of the world. The staff are friendly and helpful and the place is so relaxing. We will definitely be back. One small issue is that while the hotel was listed as Adults Only, one couple brought their children, including a baby. We questioned this and were told that oftentimes people just turn up from the States with their kids and check in. The airline refused to offer me a refund or credit. So I went through with my original travel plans.
It was a very quiet hotel. I was probably the only guest there one or two days.
The room was nice. Easy to use a/c unit in the room. Ceiling fan in the room also. Small mini fridge in the room.
The water in the shower is a little cool which is perfect for when you come back from the beach and need to cool down....
Casa Marisa has an excellent location very close to the main street of La Punta where are several restaurants, dining options and bars though the street where it is located is very quiet and tranquil.
The building is completely new therefore everything is fresh, all accessories are new to use and has rooms with AC, very fresh and comfortable bed. Big terrace for our room and an amazing pool with sunbeds we could use anytime.
