"Very pleasant and friendly Filipino Staff during Check in & check out . Except for the big guy who 's on duty last night..he ignored my friend eho wants to ask for a towel . He didn't even say hi when she was there standing and waiting for a long time. My friend was upset. Nevertheless , Hotel is excellent and the Team Filipino Staff. Two thumbs up! Honored to meet the Big Boss on the 1st day. Well recommended. Mariam From Canada"

"Looks brand new, the rooms are spacious with AC. Everything looks clean, very friendly staff day and night. It is not close to Vienna city centre, but it is a 30 min walk to Schonbrunn palace. We stayed there for convenience, as it has easy access to major highways."
