Even it is dificult to find(there aren't indicators on the road)- the hotel worth the search of the entire zona: is very confortable and friendly. The rooms with the sea view are nice and you can also see the old part of the city; it is a place where you can spend a week.
What a wonderful place. I stayed for 2 nights and had a great experience. Check in was smooth, staff was kind and helpful. The hotel rooms are very nice and clean with all the amenities. They have a pool and restaurant. This hotel is 100m walk from the main bus line which has frequent buses to both Sunny Beach and Nessebar (3 stops). Visit to Nessebar in off season, with few hotels and shops open. But Hotel Italia was close to the old town and a good base to visit churches and sites. Very accommodating staffs.
Everything is to enjoy at this hotel. Staff is kind, helpful, friendly. Parking could not be easier (in front of the hotel), To beach, just go down some stairs. My husband needed a cough medicine; the pharmacy was a two-minute walking. The hotel restaurant is excellent, and there are a few other restaurants around if you want a change. Additionally, it is a quick drive to old town Nessebar, a place that must be visited.
