"Very friendly atmosphere in this hotel. The owner organized us a transport from the airport (40€) and back (35€). The taxi was a newish E-class Mercedes, so it was a very good deal. And the owner also came to greet us as we arrived although it was late in the evening. The room size was ok for four people. "Disappointed. Cannot be compared to other 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in. The main building was good but lacked atmosphere in communal areas. Location was excellent, right on the beach and only a short walk to bars and restaurants. Pool area was very good and clean. Rooms tired looking need upgrading. Water in shower was not consistent, went from cold to scolding without warning. Bath water was brown ! Room cleaners were very friendly. Sister hotel Apollo Beach was a 4 * which had much more...
