"Very nice rooms but quite a bit away from reception. The design of the reception is a bit odd also - it's immediately obvious where to find the bar/restaurant. It could do with some more prominent signage. But a very nice, clean hotel."

"The Malt Store surpassed our expectations, the apartment was huge, absolutely spotless and extremely comfortable. Birr is a nice little town and we were very close to all amenities. The staff were very prompt and friendly in answering any correspondence regarding our stay. I would thoroughly recommend The Malt Store as accommodation if visiting this part of Ireland.
