Excellent buffet breakfast included. Bus loads of tourists....I guess it depends on the time of year....but they seem to disappear and even breakfast was not that crowded. The view is outstanding and the staff is very accommodating.
Loved the staff and we stayed in the Jane Lawrence room, a beautiful corner room with great views and a small balcony. The breakfast was fine and we enjoyed the location. Plenty of pretty indoor and outdoor spaces. We especially liked Amanda who was very kind to us!

Palacio de Seteais is one of the loveliest hotels we have stayed at. The location is fantastic, the palace is beautiful and the service is top-notch. The front desk staff was very welcoming when we arrived and helped us to book a trip around Sintra. The spa is also wonderful -- Catia is so kind and creates a great atmosphere for relaxation. We truly loved our experience and hope to come back soon!
We loved this hotel and its location. The rooftop pool deck is great. 1.5 mile walk to Cascais, beautiful beaches right across the street, the train station to go to Lisbon is a 4 minute walk, and an Uber ride to Sintra is just around $20. It really is a great hotel and location.
We loved Sintra. The hotel was in the perfect location to explore and get to the highlights like the Palácio Nacional da Pena as well as Quinta da Regaleira. Sintra is a traditional old city that has so many spectacular views and places to see. It is wonderful.
Everything was good. Close to sintra train station, walkable distance to sintra city center. The room was clean and breakfast is also good. Coffee machine on basement is free for use anytime.
I adore this property! I went on a solo trip. The staff is so kind, the food is wonderful, the scenery is divine, and my spa experiences were some of the best I’ve ever experienced. Highly recommend!
We've stayed here many times starting about 35 years ago. It is still the most gorgeous setting and the staff is so kind and professional. Our room had a lovely view. Strongly recommend the restaurant. Breakfasts were wonderful and dinner was to die for! We enjoyed every single minute! 4 stars!
A great find with the price we paid! We were not having a high expectation with the price we paid. But we were surprised with what we got. The free parking space is huge even in American standard and I do not have to struggle to back in like in other places. The breakfast are wonderful and included! This hotel is located right outside of Lisbon. It's a quick ride to the city or you can take public transportation which is also really easy and convenient. The staff was exceptional! The room was very clean and had just what I needed for my extended stay. There is even a grocery store across the street. I enjoyed my stay and all the help and recommendations from the staff. Located in a beautiful beach community, this location is ideal for a wonderful outdoor pool and close to the water for beach adventures. Our experience at this Vila was amazing from the moment we walked through the door. We were sat at the front desk and given orange juice while we waited to be checked in.
