The receptionists at the hotel are very sweet and will go out of their way to help you if you need a pharmacy or good resturant. I arrived in Odessa and needed a place to stay for the night before traveling on to Nikolaev. I selected the iArcadia because it appeared to be a reasonably nice and inexpensive hotel which is all I needed for one night. When I arrived I was very pleasantly surprised. The rooms were very new and modern. They were very clean and comfortable. I have paid much more for rooms far less attractive than this in my travels. I will be going back to this hotel. I first got there they gave me the wrong room. I payed for a room with a terrace and a sea pool view. They gave me a room with a room whith the balcony facing a hot parking lot with the side window looking at the sea. I complained and told them this is not what I paid for. They told me they could correct the problem the next day. They did get me an awesome room the next day! I could see the pool and the ocean and the Dolphin pool. It was great! I went swimming with the dolphins for 100 bucks....
