This hotel was built this past summer and has many things close by that are all within walking distance. The receptionists at the hotel are very sweet and will go out of their way to help you if you need a pharmacy or good resturant. I arrived in Odessa and needed a place to stay for the night before traveling on to Nikolaev. I selected the iArcadia because it appeared to be a reasonably nice and inexpensive hotel which is all I needed for one night. When I arrived I was very pleasantly surprised. The rooms were very new and modern. They were very clean and comfortable. I have paid much more for rooms far less attractive than this in my travels. I will be going back to this hotel. This hotel is about 2 blocks from the main city center street and the opera house. It is clean, modern and very cost. It includes breakfast too. THe staff was friendly and helpful. For the money and compared to other hotels and apartments in the area (I have used at least a dozen), this one was a much better deal and experience. I highly recommend it.
