This hotel was built this past summer and has many things close by that are all within walking distance. The receptionists at the hotel are very sweet and will go out of their way to help you if you need a pharmacy or good resturant. If you are at this hotel and want to go to city center, just ask directions to bus stop (15 minute walk towards Mcdonalds) and either take bus 185 or bus 242 (numbers are posted on windshield) and for 3 UAH just ride the bus until it is parked in city center. I arrived in Odessa and needed a place to stay for the night before traveling on to Nikolaev. I selected the iArcadia because it appeared to be a reasonably nice and inexpensive hotel which is all I needed for one night. When I arrived I was very pleasantly surprised. The rooms were very new and modern. They were very clean and comfortable. I have paid much more for rooms far less attractive than this in my travels. I will be going back to this hotel. The receptionist was friendly and helpful....

I first got there they gave me the wrong room. I payed for a room with a terrace and a sea pool view. They gave me a room with a room whith the balcony facing a hot parking lot with the side window looking at the sea. I complained and told them this is not what I paid for. They told me they could correct the problem the next day. They did get me an awesome room the next day! I could see the pool and the ocean and the Dolphin pool. It was great! I went swimming with the dolphins for 100 bucks....

From the moment I arrived late at night I felt very welcome. The hotel lobby is very inviting the staff was very friendly, security showed me to my room and the key operation. Fantastic stay even the cafe in the hotel very friendly hot coffee and the best orange juice. All in all I loved this hotel very quiet close to many cafes shopping and sights. Cannot wait to stay at this Gem again. Well worth the money. I highly suggest you give this hotel a try. A Plus in my book.
