Hotels in Sturgis Estates

Property was in the process of being refurbished, therefore everything was not usable. But what had been finished was wonderful. Unfortunately all the special amenities were out of service. Breakfast was fine, but not spectacular. Would stay there in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay! Thanks so much to Katie for making sure we got accommodated, even though we came past midnight already and were told there were "overbooking" issues. We originally booked one room with 2 king size beds but were told it was given away. Katie called other partner hotels to try to book us but was declined. The room was so comfortable and spacious with everything we needed for our short 2 day stay. We also really enjoyed the area near the firepit. A nice, cozy area to unwind with plenty of comfortable seating. The staff were all very nice and helpful.

I enjoyed my time here, clean hotel... but the location right next to a road with very noisy revving cars is a disadvantage. I woke up several times just from that.

Enjoyed our stay. Very friendly staff and clean . Only complaint is clean the air conditioner, other than that highly recommended and enjoyed.

The only complaint I have is about the swimming pool. The water was comfortable but the walls of pool need to be cleaned .

Great, clean facility. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast service was good and nice variety offered, but could have been stocked a little more frequently. (Sadly some guests thought the food was only for them, which is not the staff's fault.) We would definitely stay here again if ever in Rock Hill.

Excellent stay

Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and had lots of room. Breakfast is included, and we always take advantage of that. The only problems we had were 1) a noisy air conditioner that made sleeping difficult for my husband; 2) there was no channel guide on the tv or printed out, so finding something to watch was frustrating. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

staff at check-in was rude and not helpful would not check us in until 3pm on the dot. we got there 5 minutes before and the guy told us didnt i tell you 3pm and walked away from the desk not to return until 3pm exactly me and several other guest just looked at each other and shook our heads but Greg and the cleaning staff were the best. always helpful.
