We had the best time at the Doowall this week. It’s quiet and serene at the hotel and it’s only a short distance from the White Temple. Coming back in at night and seeing the temple sparkle in the dark is a truly magical moment, especially when in a Tuk Tuk. Shockingly good stay from A to Z, top to bottom, and beginning to end. Very very good staff, room was clean and well appointed. A/C worked, almost too well. All facilities were in great shape and well kept up. Breakfast buffet was strong, good coffee shop next door and very good casual restaurant a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Really liked the style/decor of the hotel, guess one would call it 60s/70s resort chic - kept expecting Don Draper from Mad Men to come walking through the lobby....
