I can’t say enough about the hospitality extended to us by Michel, the proprietor. He was so kind, and really made us feel at home. The shared space in the kitchen was really fun. We stayed for 11 days and truly enjoyed the entire experience. The staff were amazing, friendly, knew our names and our favorite drinks every time we walked to the bars/restaurants. Check-in was easy and friendly. We were in Bungalow 9 which was amazing - we couldn't see any other huts from our bungalow or our deck. Sunrise huts are great because they get full sun on the deck from sunrise until about 4:30pm which is awesome! Some of the other units didn't have full sun all day. We have...

Kitchen is outside common area. Everything is fresh and clean.

Vahine is a little slice of heaven on Earth. I do not often write reviews, but Vahine Island and more importantly the people are the best in World. It was the most enjoyable experience I had in a very long time. It is hard to imagine a better place.

The grounds and bungalows are beautiful, the restaurant is excellent and the staff is so nice.
