The service was the best I've gotten in DR so far, it felt like i was visiting family.
The breakfast was made right there, fresh, the pool was very clean and well maintained, it looked like a little retreat, like i was on my own little paradise. 5 stars I'm definitely going back again!!!

Have stayed at the Principe Cayacoa 10 times in the past and this past weeks stay was very enjoyable.
The Buffet style meals over all are good, but not what one would consider gourmet dinner meals. Breakfast and Lunch were excellent. The free wifi was limited to one hour per day. This is an all inclusive hotel and is a good deal especially if reserved at an advertized special rate.
From the moment we booked this place, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience. The host(s) were attentive to everything we needed, and the place was as nice and clean as described. You're close enough to reach the main area but far enough to enjoy some privacy. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. It looks like our go-to spot for when we return.
