It's a secluded piece of heaven. You feel like you've entered the lost garden of Eden. This hotel is situated in the mountain where you feel like your living in the rainforest and are on an island to yourself. The views are to die for and you feel like a celebrity (even though I've heard there are tons of famous artist that stay here for their studios and exclusivity). We had a wonderful 9 days here. From the check in with Nadia to the ladies who cleaned the room, our service was excellent. Every time we asked for something the staff always accommodated us. At times the water pressure was low, but that’s not the hotels fault, it’s the aging island infrastructure. The hotel was very clean, no bugs even in the heat. The only thing that was a bit deficient was the internet, so we really didn’t use it. All else was great and we will stay here again
