Nice place right by all the major attractions in the area. The entrance is the same as the secret bar but once we found it, it was easy to find afterwards. The staff was very friendly and helped us when we needed it. Only thing we didn't know was you need your room key to be into the slot in the wall to have anything like lights turned on. 12pm check out was also nice so we weren't rushed to get out. Would stay here again if we were in the area again!
Such a welcoming breakfast area and delicious breakfast! We would’ve preferred traditional air conditioning, and a bit of a larger bathroom, but overall it was quite comfortable. Also, the bikes available were very nice. The staff were kind and helpful.

A very residential neighborhood so if you want to eat, it has to be there unless you drive. There is a beautiful hiking trail right by the hotel. Good souvenir stores right next to hotel. My daughter had her birthday while we were there and the staff ordered her a Black Forest birthday cake and decorated the table for her. I was very impressed with their service to help make this a memorable day for my daughter.
This is a beautiful place. Gorgeous landscaping, plenty of places to sit or walk the trails. Very clean. We didn't like the shower in our room, and there were quite a few stairs to our elevator which was difficult with luggage. I really would have stayed longer if we could. The pool was nice and I had a good massage.
