"This Hoxton location was close to where we needed to be in Edinburgh. This was our first Hoxton stay and I have to say the decor and vibe here was unusual. Our room was small, but tidy. Bathroom was well stocked and shower was great. Bed was comfortable. The hallways were very dark and somewhat of a maze to get to our room."

"The hotel is ideally located for both murrayfield and the town centre with tram links 2 mins from the door . The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good . A few grumbles tho , the windows were screwed open ( I guess as a result of the recent heatwave ) , but this needs addressing to satisfy everyone’s preference . Also the shower in our room (room 4 buchin) was very poor , alternating from hot to cold and the flow being very poor . Overall we would happily stay here again and thank the staff for their welcome ."

"A pleasant stay at this hotel, perfectly positioned for a walk to either the high street or Murrayfield. The bed was comfy and room clean although the bathroom was a little mucky in places. Plenty of coffee and pods for a brew. It was noisy outside the room near the elevators. Snacks and drinks from the self serve shop are very expensive and the bar closes early at 11pm. Parking available and at a reasonable price. We would stay here again though."

"We enjoyed our stay but such a large building is showing its age and appears tired. Location is out of the city centre which was good for us but not if you want to be in the middle of the action. The Military Tattoo and The Fringe we on and centre was 'heaving.'"
