The hotel is fantastic, the pool and the amenities in general are very neat. They offer us a baby crib and the front desk people were fantastic. The only bad side is if you do not speak French it was very difficult to get service at the one restaurant available because no one but the front decal and the manager speak English. I guess if you travel to a country where French is the first languages expected however for the price I would have expected more English friendly service.

Steps from the train station, Gare de Chalone, our check-in was efficient with English and French speaking clerks. Good explanation of facilities, WiFi, spa and restaurant options. Room was exceptionally clean, bathrobes and slippers were welcome after the redeye flight. Great showers and water pressure, climate controls easy to understand. Very charming B&B! Fanny, our host, was friendly and helpful. They have on site parking and check in/check out process was easy. The room was small but comfortable for our family of 4 with a queen bed in one room and a bunk bed in an annex room. Location is quiet so we didn’t have any problem with noise. Bathroom is good, as well. The best part was the breakfast with a variety of bread and cakes, jam, honey, tea, juice, hot chocolate. Great experience I highly recommend this B&B
