Clean room, excellent host, very welcoming and friendly

The property was clean, well maintained, and very unique. The house is 180+ years old (I think that is what we were told) and is utterly charming. I wish we could have stayed more than one night. The breakfast, while not included, was quite good.

The rooms are compact but very clean and I liked having the kettle in the room for making tea or coffee. Good quality TV with language options was also a bonus. Food in the restaurant is excellent and very good value. Plentiful free parking and a quiet location.

Magical stay! Our favorite stay during our trip to France by far. The property is a traditional family home in a quaint village near Étretat. After parking under a cherry tree brimming with fruit, we walked to the front door were our hostess greeted us warmly and showed us to our room in the most painless check in process I’ve ever experienced. Sabrina and Vincent were wonderful hosts in their charming house! Located in a quiet coastal neighborhood on the Normandy coast, it is a brief drive to both Étretat and Fécamp. They made me feel very welcome when I arrived, and my room was wonderfully decorated in a beach motif and was spacious, comfortable and clean. The main/breakfast room was warm and welcoming with an inviting French country charm and breakfast was a nice array of meats, cheeses and breads. All in all it was a wonderful...

Very interesting hotel, just make sure to checkin within the specified time. We made a mistake by checking in late, but overall great hotel to try. Its family owned with optional breakfast. Great for people traveling in a car.

Somehow the property got only the last 6 digits of my phone number even though I clearly entered my full number on the Expedia web site/app form. So, I advise you to call them before checking in since they might not be able to call you if anything goes wrong.

This was a beautiful hotel, very convenient to everything in town and a great starting point for a long hike around the fields and cliffs in the area. One thing is having better communication around parking. I tried emailing both on hotels.com and their own website to see about reserving ahead of time and never heard back here and literally couldn’t submit the form on their website. If you don’t call about parking just plan to park somewhere else in Étretat from the start. We pulled into the lot...

This is comfortable auberge with spacious rooms - a good place to explore the Normandy region. There was an issue with the dinner which I had paid for however didn't seem to show up in the booking. However the problem was very quickly resolved jointly by both Hotels.com and the the Auberge owner. I'm very satisfied with the promptness and the customer service of Hotels.com.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Beautiful mansion and grounds. Peaceful and restful. The room was very well appointed and the Jaccuzi bath was great. The evening meal was very well done and the wine cellar well stocked. Staff was friendly and very helpful.
