Free parking with EV charge points, although these were not working during our stay. Staff were great as we’d left some items behind, which they looked after until we were able to pick them up."

"Perfect location at the island entrance. Close to the ramparts entrances including a 2nd floor exit at the back of the hotel directly onto the ramparts. Staff were very helpful and accommodating especially in handling our luggage before checkin and holding it after checkout until we departed. A quiet hotel and nice ambiance!"
