The main house was absolutely beautiful! We stayed, however, in a beautiful, modern cabin across the courtyard but we had a fabulous breakfast in the dining room of the house. Next time, we will opt to stay in the main house because it is so beautiful and full of fabulous antiques.
The host and hostess, Beatrice and Eric, were so friendly and welcoming. They welcomed our two little dogs who played with their puppy. We had a wonderful stay and will make a point to go back and stay longer.
The property is clean and calm. The location is great, just a couple of minutes walk from the castle.
The manager, Anthony, was very polite and helpful in all our needs, even helped to fix our car. Very pleasant stay.

Lovely hotel in the walled city of Carcassone. Great setup for parking since you can't park in the city. They have a special parking lot where you leave your car and they have car service to pickup you and your luggage and deliver you to the hotel. Private event in their dining room when we were there but they made reservations for us in a lovely restaurant a few door down (Comte Roger) and was one of the best of our trip. Lots of restaurants and shops within the walled city. Great...
This hotel was wonderful. Carcassonne is a special town and the hotel exceeded our expectations. It is located at the base of the castle with excellent views of the castle and surrounding hillsides. The restaurant offers an open-air experience, and we enjoyed happy hour wine in the evening then a lovely breakfast in the morning. The room itself was the best part - eloquent yet comfortable. We will stay here again when we visit Carcassonne.
We had a great stay here. Our room was clean. The staff were very friendly and quite helpful. The breakfast options were substantial. The bar and restaurant were good and reasonably priced. And we really appreciated having a pool to enjoy on a hot day. I would certainly stay here again.
The absolute best location outside the city walls, you are literally right outside the old city walls. Staff was super friendly and offered to carry ours bags to our room and gave hand written suggestions for restaurants without asking. Our stay was very reasonably priced as well. We saw the bad reviews some left before booking and laughed so hard when we arrived and saw the reality. I booked Double superior room which was a good size. Air conditioning worked very well. Memory foam mattress, very comfortable bed. Very clean, bathroom lovely. Quiet room. Hotel opposite railway station where main routes for easy travel to other cities in France. I deal for solo traveller.
