The staff was incredibly sweet and accommodating to our kids. Everything was clean and as it should be if a little outdated. The Christmas decorations in the lobby and garden were a real plus for the kids. Our waiter was especially wonderful at dinner and breakfast I wish i remembered his name. Great value for the price.

I cannot say enough good things about my stay at Villa Maria Theresa. The room was spacious, modern and clean. The property buildings and gardens were beautiful. The beachside location was picturesque and convenient provided reserved sun umbrella and loungers. The highlight was the kindness and attentiveness of the staff. They went above and beyond to assist multiple times. Truly a wonderful experience guest experience. Can’t wait to return.

Nice and clean space close to all restaurants and next to a big grocery store in Cassino. It is a nice middle point between Rome and Naples and offers great restaurant options for a night. You can park in the street right in front of the B&B.

The location is convenient to the historic center and castle. The owners were welcoming and friendly, would stay here again.

Our room was clean and beautiful. We had a lovely view of Arpino and easy on site parking. Breakfast was an ample buffet with coffee made to order. Lovely stay!

The location was fabulous. The staff at the reception desk was over the top. They truly cared about the overall guest experience. Always greeted with a smile. Very accommodating when requests made. I would like to make sure that management acknowledges the hard work of Francesca, Davide, Sebastiano, Monica and Stefania. This palace is a dream, beautifully appointed, stunning views and Dorothy, the owner, felt like an old friend. I wanted to stay so much longer. Only improvement would have been directions or signage on how to find the grand abode. Once found, parking was available right out front on the street, a safe street.

The check in process was easy. The room was impeccable clean. The bed very comfortable. The accommodations provided just what was needed. It was not overly fancy but certainly adequate. It was perfectly located in the center of town right by the beautiful waterfall. The included breakfast next door was just right. Very pleased with having choose this place

Superb staff and perfect location.

Comfortable apartments with beautiful views. The staff is super nice and helpful. Make sure you hit the gym, putting in the time on the stairmaster before your trip, because this city is quite the climb. We loved our stay here.
