"I was solo traveling, flying into Venice and going to rent a rental car to go to the dolomites, but my flight got in late and the rental car place was closed, so I had to book a hotel room very last minute late at night. This hotel was very easy to find from the airport, only a 10 minute drive and I took a taxi which was €25. The room does have AC! The bed is not very comfortable but for $45, it worked out OK. There was a spider in the bathroom, but otherwise the room was very clean and the bathroom was very spacious. There was even a TV in the room, but I personally did not use it. I would definitely recommend for solo travelers as it felt very safe."

"We had a single night’s stay at the Hotel. Everything went well, from the welcome on arrival, to the checkout next day and pre-arranged taxi to the airport. There was an issue with the lift on departure. It did not arrive at level 3 and I had to walk my suitcase down to level 2 and call it from there. Hopefully this issue has been sorted out for future patrons. The taxi driver was on time and waiting in the foyer. He was helpful with my luggage at pick up/drop off. I was disappointed that on arrival at the airport, he did not have change for a 50 Euro note (on a 40 Euro fare), nor did he have a “tap and pay” system in his cab. I was left with no option but to forgo 10 Euro. Customers should be made aware of this in advance or this issue should be rectified for future customers."
