The service was excellent and very friendly. Staff assisted with winery visit bookings and dinner recommendations and bookings. Room was spacious and well appointed. The only negative was the housekeeping staff failed to stock toilet paper and soap so requests had to be made when we ran out. Amazing place to stay! It is the little things that make this place one of a kind: like two suitcase stands in the room. The service felt like they were full time career professionals that felt like they really cared about the place and the hospitality. Dinner and breakfast was amazing! Nothing major, just small things that kept it from being perfect. I would have liked a coffee pot and microwave. The floors needed a better vacuuming. Staff was excellent and accommodating. I don't know where the disconnect was but I thought I was booking the full apartment but was initially placed in a very small single room with bathroom. Fortunately the full apartment was available so we were able to switch to that on the second day. Just be aware that there are 3 properties available but...

We had a delightful 5 nite stay. Perfect location- steps away from the ancient city entrance gate. Great restaurant next door if you are tired after a busy day of exploring and don’t feel like hiking around. Free parking and wonderful breakfast. Staff is amazing and professional. Room was terrific with a balcony overlooking the town of Spello and the pool. Can not say enough great things about this hotel, headed to Spello- this is a must!
